About the Workout:
The Animal Flow program evokes a sense of fun and creativity, but it is still at its heart based solidly in science. The specific exercises that comprise the Animal Flow Workout are themselves highly effective examples of various exercise modalities designed to increase mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skills, and neuromuscular development. Every movement in the program has a specific function.

This fold over tool pouch is a great intro to sewing project and getting you set up with your essential sewing tools! In this class you will learn all the basics of sewing, including learning the parts of the sewing machine and how to use them, learn how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine and troubleshoot common issues. Once you’ve threaded the machine you’ll learn how to cut and pin fabric, learn the basics of understanding seam allowance, straight stitching, sewing curves and corners, and inserting a snap. We’ll provide the measurements to cut and specific instructions to guide you along the way to make a useful and beautiful tool kit.
*Tools not included but we’re happy to help you pick out the best tools for your kit!
Skills taught: The skills you will learn in the class are how to understand a sewing machine, the concept of seam allowance and how to sew to a particular seam allowance, how to pin and cut fabric, how to sew in a straight line, pivot at corners & how to insert a snap.
Skills expected: None!
Materials needed: Two fat quarter size fabric pieces – 18″ x 22″ (1 for outer and 1 for the lining). This project is perfect for using up scrap materials! Fabric not included in the cost of the class.
Materials provided: A sewing machine, coordinating thread, fabric shears, pins, marking tools, measuring tape, an iron, interfacing, and your snaps.
