Located under “The Shed” on the BeltLine entrance of Ponce City Market, the Ponce City Farmers Market is the only farmers market in Georgia primarily attended by pedestrians and cyclists. The market is held seasonally on Tuesday evenings, and hosts some of Atlanta’s finest local food talent, including urban farmers, artisanal food makers, as well as pop-up chefs. Our market is a producer-only market, meaning that vendors sell only products that they grow or produce themselves. Our farmers use organic practices (some going even beyond organic) to help steward the earth while producing the freshest and most nutritious food available in Georgia. Look for veggies and fruits, pasture-raised eggs and meats, alongside artisanal food vendors and natural beauty-care vendors.

We encourage shoppers to access the market by walking or biking on the Beltline or park at Ponce City Market. Parking is complimentary for farmers market shoppers in the lots in front of Mountain High Outfitters. Market shoppers can receive one hour of free parking in these lots by choosing zone 22200 and inputting the code FARMERS2018 in the Park Mobile app. This is only valid during market.

Posman Books’ General Manager and horror/humor enthusiast Marc Stiles will host.

Lovecraft Country follows Atticus Black as he joins up with his friend Letitia and his Uncle George to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father. This begins a struggle to survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the terrifying monsters that could be ripped from a Lovecraft paperback. An upcoming drama-horror television series, based on the novel, is set to premiere on HBO soon. The series is produced by Monkeypaw Productions, Bad Robot Productions, and Warner Bros. The Georgia Forestry Foundation (GFF), the Georgia Forestry Commission (GFC) & Chattahoochee Nature Center are teaming up to teach about Georgia’s working forests. For the final date and theme of National Forest Products Week, a team member from GFC’s forest markets department will talk about various forest products through a kid-friendly Project Learning Tree facilitator. CNC will bring various materials and a live raptor to teach a key message that working forests provide products that are essential to our everyday survival, comfort, and progress.

Placita is back!!!

PLACITA aka La Plaza de Santurce in PR is a open air block of restaurants and bars centered by the Farmers Market where the people of San Juan meet on weekends to eat, drink, dance and socialize. On Friday’s (most popular Placita day) the crowds start arriving after work 5pm and it goes on till 4am or later…everyone from teenagers to grandpas hang out together and celebrate LIFE!

Dreaming of the Redcoat Band is the true story of one child’s dream to march in Sanford Bulldog Stadium with the University of Georgia Redcoat Band. Dreaming of the Redcoat Band inspires children to follow their dreams and inspires parents to encourage childhood dreams. Dreaming of the Redcoat Band personifies the Redcoat Band legacy and draws the Redcoat Band even closer to the hearts of the Bulldog Nation. It is also an opportunity to give back to the band for the thrills of a lifetime in Sanford Stadium, as all profits generated from the book will be donated to the Redcoat Band.

Come celebrate all things sewing with our first annual Atlanta Frocktails party. We are so excited to be hosting this event in partnership with Fabricate Studios.

What is Frocktails?

Frocktails is an event that provides sewists in our community an opportunity to socialize with sewing friends (both old & new!), show off a fancy hand-made garment, and enjoy some small bites and signature cocktails. We are excited to host this event that has swept its way from Australia, to Europe, to Canada, and most recently, to the United States!

Included in the price of your ticket:
