A Pirate’s Tale: Daisy and the Crimson Rose

Posman Books

Daisy and the Crimson Rose (A Pirate’s Tale) will be featured as an autographing on Sunday, July 21st from 1 pm – 3 pm at Posman Books Ponce City Market. Daisy, a silenced young woman, discovers a new life path as well as an opportunity to find her strength, her power, and her voice, when she is rescued from execution by a strong, female pirate who empowers and encourages her into discovering herself. The story introduces the reader to seventeenth century women who began their lives with hardship and tragedy but are ultimately given the opportunity to overcome their toxic beginnings and join a sisterhood that changes their lives forever.  Join Daisy and her newly discovered sisterhood of feared pirates as they journey through perilous seas, venture through ancient Egyptian tombs, and ultimately find what they truly desire — riches, power, and love.
This action-packed, lust-filled drama will follow Daisy through her biggest life-altering period and take you to her final decision: to be with a man that she loves or remain a pirate to sail the seas forever. What will she decide?

In this class, Sarah Price of Neon Cardigan joins Sunday School to talk about how power and flow can create a sense of ease in your personal and professional lives. She explains how you can work in a healthy amount of power (balancing your ego) and how you can flow in a space of growth to enjoy more EASE in your lives and at work. In a culture that promotes all power and no flow, this is a much needed class to help introduce ways for you to finally experience ease.

Modern Mystic Sunday School series offers free, 1 hour educational classes every Sunday at 11 a.m. covering various metaphysical topics. Class is held inside Modern Mystic Shop at Ponce City Market. RSVP to save your spot!

PCM Community Farmers Market

The Shed

Located under “The Shed” on the BeltLine entrance of Ponce City Market, the Ponce City Farmers Market  is the only farmers market in Georgia primarily attended by pedestrians and cyclists. The market is held seasonally on Tuesday evenings, and hosts some of Atlanta’s finest local food talent, including urban farmers, artisanal food makers, as well as pop-up chefs. Our market is a producer-only market, meaning that vendors sell only products that they grow or produce themselves. Our farmers use organic practices (some going even beyond organic) to help steward the earth while producing the freshest and most nutritious food available in Georgia. Look for veggies and fruits, pasture-raised eggs and meats, alongside artisanal food vendors and natural beauty-care vendors.

We encourage shoppers to access the market by walking or biking on the Beltline or park at Ponce City Market. Parking is complimentary for farmers market shoppers in the lots in front of Mountain High Outfitters. Market shoppers can receive one hour of free parking in these lots by choosing zone 22200 and inputting the code FARMERS2018 in the Park Mobile app. This is only valid during market.

This Summer We Are Sending You to Camp – on The Roof!

Friday and Saturday evenings, June 1 – August 11, The Roof at Ponce City Market will transform into Adult Summer Camp. Experience adult-style camp classics at one of Atlanta’s premier attractions. High above the city, you will enjoy camp-inspired cuisine and cocktails, participate in activities and games, and hear ghost stories around a camp fire. Win prizes, kick back in Boy Scout-style tents, and capture Instagram-able moments at one of the campy photo stations.

The Roof is calling… and you MUST go!
