Each Wednesday, join in a quick, 30-minute meditation and breathwork session over Zoom. Yvonne guides you through simple actions that can help create a sense of mindfulness and ease, so you feel refreshed and recharged before you go about the rest of your day.
The meeting will start right at 12:30pm ET so please be on time.
- You will need access to a laptop, computer or phone as well as a strong internet connection. Please make sure to download the Zoom app to ensure there are no connectivity issues.
