Hot Dogs for a Cause @ PBM Beltline Plaza

Matt and Dale will be going head to head, slingin’ the finest dogs from sea to shining sea, puttin’ the fans in the seats without even lacing up the cleats, a true dog fight between titans of the diamond, bringin’ ya the dog that’ll clear the fog! step right up to the HHHHHOOOOOT-DOG DERBY!

Now that you’re roped in, let’s talk about why … RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) is a program designed to promote the game of baseball to both boys and girls in disadvantaged areas in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Even more important than just the game of baseball becoming accessible to everyone, they’re using the game as a vehicle to overcome academic and social disadvantages faced by many kids today in low income homes. They currently serve 120,000 boys and girls in 185 cities worldwide, and we can help them do more. With the help of the Atlanta Braves, this party will include drums, 5ft bobble heads, giveaways and maybe even a Hall of Famer…YAYYAAY!  But what do ya get for your donations and/or baseball equipment drop off? Well hell, only the best! You’ll be able to enjoy not only a hotdog from the myth, the legend Matt Palmerlee or myself (I’m okay) which is coming your way atop the very quality focused folks at Snake River Farms. All your thrust will be quenched by beverages from Intelligentsia Coffee and Montanes! And if you’re a kid or just think the dogs are stupid, you can load up on condiments provided by the great people at IGF. We’re going to have a lot of fun, eat well, and just maybe help a kid do great things while playing a sport they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. Come on out, join us, and let’s make this event even better than Acuna Jr’s grand slam in game 5.
