Korean-ish Pop-Up: Lunar New Year

Chef Vivian Lee, currently a private chef in Atlanta, is bringing a Lunar New Year menu to Likewise! Vivian began her own culinary career as a baker up in New York City, and then moved to pastry which brought her down to Atlanta. Accolades include cooking at the James Beard House in NYC, winning Best Baked Good in Atlanta Pastry Live, and Best Pie at a local farmers market pie contest (Buttermilk Pie with Peaches and Blackberries).

Chef Lee’s menu is a meeting of dishes she loves with a mix of cultures! Her menu will be featuring Gamja Bravas, Japchae Egg Rolls and a KBBQ Sando. Her Good Luck New Year Platter will be a one to share with traditional Korean rice cake soup, mung bean pancakes ( a family recipe), broccoli tofu barchan and radish kimchi. Chef Lee has a bright future and has plans to create a brick and mortar as a cultural hub open to chefs to share their dishes and visions with fellow Atlantans.
