Founded in 2015, Bellina Alimentari is the first restaurant established within the Oliva Restaurant Group by Tal Baum, with each concept representing a part of her life. Bellina is an ode to Tal’s years living in Italy, inspired by cafés and alimentari shops in the northern part of the country. Guests can enjoy a seasonal meal, sip unique wines, shop at the market, or learn how to make pasta in a cooking class at this award-winning restaurant.
