Botiwalla by Chai Pani is Chef Meherwan Irani’s homage to his life-long love of late-night street food in India, grilled meats, and Irani Cafes. The first Botiwalla opened in Atlanta in March 2016, and was named one of the ‘Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings in the World’ by Bloomberg Magazine.
