Join us this month at Ponce City Market for a four-course Chef & Winemaker Dinner at City Winery, exploring the contrast between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The evening begins with a truffle cauliflower velouté, followed by beet carpaccio with whipped goat cheese, pistachio, and citrus. A pork osso bucco with creamy polenta anchors the menu, with mulled wine poached pear and mascarpone to finish.
