SHORT FILMS BY BLACK FILMMAKERS

Wednesday, February 22 from 8pm - 10pm, Rolecall Theater will present a free screening of short films by black filmmakers as a celebration of Black History Month. The event will be held outdoors in the West Passage at Ponce City Market (near Archer Paper Co, between J. Crew and West Elm). The screening will be immediately followed by a talk-back conversation with Adetinpo Thomas and the filmmakers in attendance.

Adetinpo Thomas is an actor & producer from Carson, California. She received her undergraduate degree in Theatre from the University of Georgia and an M.A. in Acting from the University of Connecticut. Learn more about Adetinpo on her website adetinpothomas.com. She is best known for her acting work in Hawkeye (2021) & Black Lightning (2020) and her producing work on Clean Slate (2021) & The Earth Will Not Swallow Us (2021).
